RESERVATIONS AND\u00a0PAYMENT<\/b><\/span><\/p>

All stays are prepaid:\u00a050% of the value in the\u00a0act\u00a0of booking and the remaining\u00a050% maximum in the\u00a014\u00a0days prior to check-in.<\/span><\/p>

Payments must be made through the secure payment system\u00a0<\/span>SiteMinder Payments<\/span><\/i> offered on our\u00a0<\/span>website\u00a0<\/span><\/i>.<\/span><\/p>

For bank transfer payments, bank details for transfer must be requested via email\u00a0<\/span>info@quintadapintassilga.pt<\/span><\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0proof\u00a0must be sent by the same way.<\/span><\/p>

In case\u00a0of non-regularization of payments in the\u00a014\u00a0days prior to the check-in date, payment by credit card at check-in may be possible.\u00a0However, Quinta da\u00a0Pintassilga\u00a0reserves the right to cancel the reservation by sending the\u00a0respective\u00a0notification\u00a0by e-mail.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

CANCELLATION POLICY:<\/b><\/span><\/p>

Cancellations must be formalized by email to\u00a0<\/span>info@quintadapintassilga.pt<\/span><\/a>\u00a0and indicated in the subject along with the booking reference.<\/span><\/p>

The following penalties apply:<\/span><\/p>

Without penalty (full reinbursment\u00a0)\u00a0for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if there remain at least\u00a060\u00a0days to check-in\u00a0.<\/span><\/p>

Cancellations up to 30 days before the check-in date will be charged 50% of the stay.<\/span><\/p>

Cancellations within the 30 days prior to the check-in date will be charged 100% of the stay.<\/span><\/p>

No refunds are given for \u2018no show\u2019, vouchers, flight cancellations, delays or departure from the houses early or by any mistake on the booking process.<\/span><\/p>

We reserve the right to modify, alter, or substitute all or any part of our services when reasonably necessary or advisable. Should this occur, we agree to provide the best alternative available.<\/span><\/p>

If the reason for the cancellation is related to Covid-19, a voucher will be offered to be used on a date to be agreed upon. Proof of the reason for the cancellation shall be priorly sent.<\/span><\/p>

RULES FOR CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT<\/b><\/span><\/p>

Check-in: Between\u00a04pm\u00a0and\u00a08pm\u00a0on the day\u00a0of arrival<\/span><\/p>

Check-Out:\u00a0up to\u00a01\u00a0one\u00a0hour of the day of departure<\/span><\/p>

The arrival time must be previously communicated in order to allow the organization of the check-in and the delivery of the key.\u00a0In case of arrival before check-in time,\u00a0luggage storage is\u00a0possible.<\/span><\/p>

The housekey and gate control must be returned at checkout.<\/span><\/p>

Failure to release the house before the\u00a0check-out\u00a0time will\u00a0incur in one night’s fine.<\/span><\/p>

Occupancy with additional guests must be communicated\u00a0by email to\u00a0<\/span>info@quintadapintassilga.pt<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>

Casa dos Caseiros and Casa das Oliveiras have a sofa bed with a capacity for two people.<\/span><\/p>

It is possible to provide extra beds.<\/span><\/p>

An extra fee of 75.00 \u20ac per night is applied for each additional guest.<\/span><\/p>

Pets are not allowed<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

PARKING<\/b><\/span><\/p>

Free parking is available at Quinta da Pintassilga. Guests must respect the indicated parking spot.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

RESPONSIBLE USE<\/b><\/span><\/p>

It is the responsibility of the guests to ensure the good use of the house and condition, as well as all its equipment and furniture.<\/span><\/p>

Any damage incurred must be communicated immediately.<\/span><\/p>

Upon checking-out, the guests are expected to leave the houses properly and cleaned.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

TRASH<\/b><\/span><\/p>

There is no garbage collection.<\/span><\/p>

It is the responsibility of the guests to\u00a0separate the garbage according to the type of waste, as well bringing it to an appropriate ecopoint garbage collection area.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

POOL<\/b><\/span><\/p>

The swimming pool\u00a0is\u00a0unsupervised\u00a0and\u00a0of common use by all guests and owners.<\/span><\/p>

The pool can\u00a0be used between 8:30\u00a0and\u00a020:00.<\/span><\/p>

The use of the pool must be made in a\u00a0careful and respectful way,\u00a0with respect for other users\u00a0and\u00a0safeguarding the rules of social distance.<\/span><\/p>

Due to its low depth, dives from the surrounding platform to the pool are prohibited.\u00a0Races and games that increase the likelihood of incidents are also not allowed.<\/span><\/p>

The stay on the raised platform of the pool should only be done during the access to and from the pool;\u00a0the stay for sunbathing must be done exclusively\u00a0in the\u00a0surrounding\u00a0area\u00a0for that purpose\u00a0or in the private solariums of each house.<\/span><\/p>

Children must be accompanied by responsible\u00a0adult.<\/span><\/p>

Quinta of Pintassilga disclaims that any incidents that may occur\u00a0in the pool\u00a0for misconduct of its guests and \/ or non –\u00a0compliance.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

DUTY OF GOOD CONDUCT<\/b><\/span><\/p>

It is the duty of our guest to strictly comply with the Law of Silence, that is;\u00a0from 10 pm everyone has the right to absolute rest.<\/span><\/p>

Use only the designated parking space<\/span><\/p>

Make rational use of water and electricity consumption, as well as the use of the equipment at your disposal<\/span><\/p>

Parties are not allowed<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span>Comply with the rules for the use of houses and common spaces.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span>The owner reserves the right to, in situations considered to be serious faults, resort to the cancellation of the stay.<\/span><\/p>

Any complaints or recommendations must be communicated as soon as possible.<\/span><\/p>

Quinta da Pintassilga and its owners, directors, management and employees shall not assume liability for any illness, injury or death to persons visiting the properties nor for any other incident of any nature involving any client(s) while they are on the property, nor while travelling to or from the properties.
